Morgan Wallen Information
Morgan Cole Wallen (May 13, 1993) is an American country music singer and songwriter. He was born in Sneedville, Tennessee. He was a contestant on the sixth season of The Voice, at first on Usher's team and then on Adam Levine's. He joined Panacea Records and released his debut EP, Stand Alone, in 2015 after being knocked out of the playoffs.
Wallen joined Big Loud in 2016, and his first album, If I Know Me, was released in 2018. Singles "Up Down" (with Florida Georgia Line), "Whiskey Glasses," and "Chasin' You" are featured on the album. The Billboard Top Country Albums list crowned If I Know Me as its No. 1 album.
Dangerous: The Double Album was the second album by Wallen, released in January 2021. This release spent its first seven weeks on top of the Billboard 200, something never before accomplished by a country album in the chart's 64-year history.
On May 31, all 36 tracks from his third studio album, One Thing at a Time (2023), made it into the Billboard Hot 100. The album also debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. This never happened previously regarding the number of a certain artist's chart entries simultaneously. In 2023, Wallen's "Last Night" single became his first to reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Morgan's 12-week run has defeated many previous records, including one held by Billy Ray Cyrus for 31 years.
