Los Angeles Clippers Information

The Los Angeles Clippers are an American professional basketball team founded in 1970. They are based in Los Angeles and compete in the National Basketball Association as a member of the Pacific Division in the league's Western Conference. The team was previously known as Buffalo Braves and San Diego Clippers. The LA Clippers play their home games at Staples Center, located in Los Angeles, California. They formerly played their home games at Buffalo Memorial Auditorium, Maple Leaf Gardens, San Diego Sports Arena, and Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena.

The Clippers represent their team with red, blue, black, grey, and white colors in their uniforms. Their home uniform is a white jersey featuring the club's wordmark logo, while their away uniform is a red jersey featuring the club's "LAC" monogram. Chuck is the mascot of the LA Clippers, who is a giant anthropomorphized California condor.

After facing many failures and relocations, the franchise ultimately improved through the additions of players such as DeAndre Jordan, Blake Griffin, and Chris Paul. These additional players led the team as a consistent playoff and were nicknamed "Lob City."

The LA Clippers won their First Division title in 2012-13 and second in 2013-14 seasons. They appeared in the playoffs seven times from the year 2012 to 2019. The franchise signed two-time NBA Finals Most Valuable Player Kawhi Leonard and traded a record number of draft picks for perennial NBA All-Star Paul George.

The team players inducted in the Basketball Hall of Famers are Bill Walton, Bob McAdoo, Moses Malone, Dominique Wilkins, Adrian Dantley, Jamaal Wilkes, Grant Hill, along with three coaches.
