It is located at18111 Lexington Boulevard, Sugar Land, Taxes, Houston. It is the only indoor live performance venue of its kind. The venue has a seating capacity of 6,400 people at a time. It was opened to the general public on January 14, 2017, with a construction cost of USD$84 million. This center is owned by the city of Sugar Land. The theater is designed to host a wide range of performances.
