Cirque du Soleil Corteo
Brandt Centre, which was formerly known as “Regina Agridome,” is located at 1700 Elphinstone Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, United States. It is an indoor arena that was built in 1975-1977 and opened for the general public on October 2, 1977. The place is owned by the City of Regina and operated by the Regina Exhibition Association Limited. This venue has a separate space for both Hockey Games and Concerts, where Hockey Game has a seating capacity of 6,484 people, and 7,129 people can attend the concert at a time.
The design of the architecture was done by Phillips Barra where Warren Cochrane performed his duty as a General Contractor. Later on, in 2007, the major renovation and the expansion of the Brandt Centre took place.
This venue has played host to many events such as hockey games, concerts, and other events. The venue was home to the Regina Rage of Legend’s Football League at the beginning of 2012. In 1977, the city sold out its naming rights to the Regina-based who renamed it as Brandt Centre. Not only this, but the arena also has hosted Skate Canada International in 2017 along with the 2018 Memorial Cup.
