The Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, which is originally known as the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, is located at 300 A Philip Randolph Boulevard, Jacksonville Florida. The arena was opened on November 28, 2003, with a seating capacity of around 15,000 (Concerts), 14,091 (Basketball), 13,141 (Ice Hockey), 13,011 (Arena Football). The arena is owned by the City of Jacksonville and operated by SMG. The architect of the venue was designed by HOK Sport (now Populous).
The first artist who performed at the Arena was Elton John, which was the first concert that was held at the venue ever after its opening. The show took place in November 2003. The arena has hosted some round games of NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament in 2006, 2010, 2015, and 2019. The episode of the ECW on Sci-Fi was also held in the arena on October 17, 2006. An episode of RAW was also hosted at the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena on August 6, 2018. The event of the Rihanna (During her Anti World Tour in 2016) had an audience of 11,000 people which was also the opening of her Anti World Tour.
