It has a seating capacity of 42,495 people at a time. The venue is now owned by the Ricketts family and operated by the Chicago Cubs. Since its opening, it has undergone a lot of renovations with the latest one being done by the Ricketts family including improvement in its dimensions, stadium facade, the addition of restrooms, adjacent hotels, restaurants and much more.
