The Ritz Raleigh - Raleigh NC
Polyphia
The Ritz is a live music venue located at 2820 Industrial Dr, Raleigh, North Carolina. The concert hall opened for the general public in the 1970s as a disco. However, the journey of the venue from an underrated disco to a famous pop-rock club is fascinating. The ownership of the concert hall was transferred to House of Blues, a division of Live Nation, after which the venue underwent a $1 million renovation in 2014 including a bigger and better space for concerts and events, remodeling of the dressing rooms and the bars, new interior, and unique sound systems. The red and white theme of the venue, along with some artistic touch, is described as the “rock and roll elegance.” The Ritz was reopened in 2015. The concert hall has a seating capacity of 2,000 people. The new interior, updated bars, and the music systems make the Ritz a must-visit place.
The venue is known for hosting some of the famous sold-out concerts performed by Glass Animals and Charly Bliss. The Ritz also hosted performances of Chance The Rapper, Yellow Card, Eli Young Band, and Tori Kelly. The famous acts performing concerts in the building include Marilyn Manson, Muse, and Modest Mouse. The recent events at the venue were Tesla, Tupac vs. Biggie and The Kooks.
Tickets for any upcoming show can be purchased from the Ritz box office from Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm and on Friday from 12 pm to 4 pm. You can also buy tickets online at some mega-discounts by visiting TicketsOnSale.com now.
