The Pavilion at the Music Factory, also known as the Toyota Music Factory, is an entertainment complex. This complex is located at 300 W Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX. The venue has a distributed seating capacity which is as follows; 4,000 (The Pavilion—indoor theater), 1,500 (Texas Lottery Plaza), 2,500 (The Pavilion—intimate theater), and 8,000 (The Pavilion—amphitheater). It is under the ownership of ARK Group - Noah Lazes and Richard Lazes while it is operated by Live Nation.
The pavilion was opened to the general public on September 9, 2017, with a construction cost of $175 million. Gensler designed the architecture of the venue. The live music venue was inaugurated with a concert performed by ZZ Top. The complex is comprised of a movie theater and bowling alley along with food and retails space.
The Music Factory Pavilion hosts a variety of music concerts and productions. It is most loved for having a flexible seating capacity, outstanding acoustic, and unforgettable live music experience.
