T-Mobile Park is a retractable roof baseball park located at 1250 First Avenue, South Seattle, Washington. It has a seating capacity of 47,929 for baseball and 30,144 for football. It was first opened on July 15, 1999, for the general public with the former name of Safeco Field (1999–2018). The first game played at the venue was on the same day. It is owned and operated by Washington State Major League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District. Its architecture was designed by NBBJ and 360 Architecture under the Project management of The Vosk Group LLP. It is a retro-modern park preserving the history of the park with instant renovations including modern features of the retractable roof, luxury suites, great food and beverage selection, full ADA-accessibility.

Aside from professional baseball, T-Mobile Park is also used for School State championships, College Football, Soccer, Wrestling, Concerts, Annual employee meetings, presidential campaigns, and devotionals.
