Grupo Firme is a Mexican group formed in 2013 in Tijuana, Mexico. The band runs under the leadership of the famous vocalist Eduin Caz. The group gained significant success on the music scene in 2017, after years of hard work, support from growing fans, and determination. The current lineup consists of Joaquín Ruiz, Abraham Hernández, Eduin Caz, Jhony Caz, José Rubio, Christian Gutiérrez, and Dylan Camacho. The Mexican-regional styling of the band is a smooth collaborative effort of group members. Grupo Firme is highly supported by the marketing efforts of Music VIP Entertainment which Israel Gutierrez leads.
Grupo Firme has sold out massive shows in Mexico as well as in the US. A few of their early performances were captured live by the fans and went viral. This ended up making a groundswell of fans online. Currently, the group enjoys millions of followers; over 2.2 million followers on Instagram, over 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube, over a billion views on YouTube, and over 3 million fans on Facebook. During their time on stage, the group members show off their endless joy, physical and mental agility, enthusiasm, and fresh talent. Their shows are best known for the audio, modern pyrotechnics, and lights on full blast.
Grupo Firme has collaborated with some of the best in the business such as Marca MP, Luis Alfonso Partida “El Yaki”, Lenin Ramírez, Luis Angel “El Flaco”, Caliber 50, Horacio Palencia, Enigma Norteño, La Maquinaria Norteña, Banda Coloso, and Max Peraza. The group won a number of awards including 2020 Premio Juventud for Spicy Regional Songs, 2020 Spotify Awards for Song of Chilling Sundays, and 2019 Premios de la Radio for Norteño Song of the Year.
