Wu-Tang Clan made their debut in 1992, and they have been active since with various lineups. They are a famous American Hip-Hop band formed in New York City’s Staten Island. They are widely considered one of the most influential groups in the hip-hop scene. Wu-Tang Clan members initially included rappers GZA, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Inspectah Deck, Method Man , Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, U-God, and Masta Killa and rapper-producer RZA. Wu-Tang Clan’s debut album was ‘Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)’, and it is still considered one of the greatest Hip-Hop albums of all time. Their second album topped all the music charts, released in June 1997. The album was Wu-Tang Forever, which ranked number one on the Billboard Charts . Together they released four gold and platinum albums. Tragically, in 2004, Ol’ Dirty Bastard passed away.
Wu-Tang Clan songs include “Triumph,” “Gravel in the Pit,” “Bring the Ruckus,” “Hit ‘Em High,” “Protect Ya Neck,” “Reunited,” “Shaolin,” “I Can’t Go To Sleep” and many other hits. Wu-Tang Clan is so legendary that the streaming service Hulu produced a drama TV series focused on the development of the group entitled Wu-Tang: An American Saga.
