Nitro Circus initially run on Fuel TV as 2006 miniseries. Soon it turned into a reality television episodic show on MTV. The show was officially debuted on February 8, 2009. Having two seasons and 21 episodes, the second season premiered on August 27, 2009. Nitro Circus: The Movie 3D was a movie released in the United States on August 8, 2012.
Nitro Circus Live is a branch of Nitro Circus show that features Travis Pastrana along with the entire crew of the original show. The group together performs live all around the world, which turns out to be a reality television show. In the last three seasons, it was also named as Nitro Circus Live: World Tour. It is a 22–23 minutes show (30 minutes in total with advertisements) that has MTV 2 as an original network. Nitro Circus Live was released on March 27, 2012 – November 19, 2014. It has four seasons (2014-2014) done with 32 episodes in total.
