The credit for deciding the name of WrestleMania in 1984 is crowned to long-time WWE ring announcer and Hall of Famer Howard Finkel. According to Forbes, WrestleMania is one of the world's most valuable sports event brands, with a brand value of US$195 million in 2017; it was ranked 6th behind the Super Bowl.
