“Corteo” is an Italian word that means “cortège” or a joyous procession. A procession is defined as a contemporary circus show in which a clown imagines watching his funeral that is taking place in unique carnival-like surroundings or atmosphere. The clown departs from Earth and travels towards heaven accompanied by playful angels and other characters of the theater.
