Cirque Du Soleil Twas The Night Before Information
Twas The Night Before (Cirque Du Soleil) is a contemporary circus that is an upcoming seasonal show of Cirque Du Soleil. It is the reimagination of the 1823 classic Christmas poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas”, a poem by Clement Clarke Moore. The poem was commonly known as the “Twas The Night Before Christmas.” The show is going to be Cirque Du Soleil's second winter-themed show. With the first being Wintuk. This will be the 49th production of Cirque Du Soleil since 1984.
James Hadley is the writer of “Twas The Night Before.” Manuel Bissonnette directs it, whereas produces by Jayna Neagle, Marie-Jose Adam is playing her role as an executive producer.
Twas, The Night Before, will present a young girl known by the name “Isabella.” She has become jaded by the Christmas, spiritually. Isabella is brought to the world where she finds characters that are from Moore’s Christmas poem, and those characters get her back into the holiday spirit.
Sound composition and music direction are given by Jean-Phi Goncalves, whereas James Lavoie designs costumes of the characters. Nicholas Brion has performed his duty as a Lighting Designer while Edesia Moreno will direct the acrobatic performances. Sound designer for Twas, The Night Before, is Ben Scheff, and Vinh Nguyen Kinjaz will be looking at the choreography. Daniel Fortin will be performing his duty as a Vice President of Creation.
The audience will witness acts such as Hula Hoops, Block Balancing, Aerial Cart, Acrobatic Table, Aerial Straps Duo, Inline Skating, Aerial Hammock, Acro Lamp, and Hoop Diving.
