The team is a member of the Metropolitan Division of the Eastern Conference, which is part of the National Hockey League. They play their home games at Wells Fargo Center . The team chose orange, black, and white as their uniform jersey colors to represent them. Their home jersey is represented in orange with a bit of white and black shade while their away jersey is represented with white with a bit of orange and black colors. The Flyers featured their new mascot on September 24, 2018, named “Gritty,” a fuzzy orange creature.
