Philadelphia Flyers Information

Philadelphia Flyers is a professional ice hockey team founded in the year 1967. It is based in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The team is a member of the Metropolitan Division of the Eastern Conference, which is part of the National Hockey League. They play their home games at Wells Fargo Center . Comcast Spectacor owns the team.
The team chose orange, black, and white as their uniform jersey colors to represent them. Their home jersey is represented in orange with a bit of white and black shade while their away jersey is represented with white with a bit of orange and black colors. The Flyers featured their new mascot on September 24, 2018, named “Gritty,” a fuzzy orange creature.

Philadelphia Flyers has won a total number of 2 Stanley Cups, 8 Conference Championships, and 16 Division Championships in different respective seasons. The team inductees into the Hall of Famers include 13 former players and six builders of the sport. Former general managers, head coaches, and owners were the six builder inductees.
