Henry Cho (December 30, 1962) is an American stand-up comedian from Knoxville, Tennessee. Cho is of Korean descent and began stand-up comedy in 1986. Cho attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and later relocated to Los Angeles, California, to pursue his musical career in 1989. Cho often exhibits his childhood experiences as an Asian American in the South via his comedy. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Cho was sighted in several television shows such as Bob Hope's Young Comedians Special, The Arsenio Hall Show, MTV's 1/2 Hour Comedy Hour and VH-1's Stand-Up Spotlight. Some of his other TV credits for his guest roles in sitcoms are in Lenny, The New WKRP in Cincinnati, Designing Women, and a starring role in the hit TV movie named Revenge of the Nerds III: The Next Generation. Cho has also appeared in several feature films, starring opposite of Tom Arnold and David Alan Grier in 1997, for the movie McHale's Navy. He also appeared in Farrelly Brothers' movie Say It Isn't So in 2001, with Heather Graham and Chris Klein. He also made an appearance in Material Girls, starring Hilary and Haylie Duff in 2006. Cho had his own Comedy Central special entitled Henry Cho: What's That Clickin' Noise? in 2006. In this comedy, Bill Engvall, Jeff Foxworthy, and Larry the Cable Guy were special guest voices.
