Vancouver Canucks Information

The Vancouver Canucks is a professional ice hockey team that was founded in 1945. Later it was found to be a team of the NHL expansion in 1970. The team is based in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, and plays its home games at Rogers Arena . The team is a member of the Pacific Division of the NHL’s Western Conference.

The owner of the team is Canucks Sports & Entertainment. The Canucks chose blue, green, and white as their colors of the uniform. The team has gone through significant changes in its uniform and logos over the years. On June 14, 2019, they updated their uniforms with a modified “Stick-in-rink” in the white logo. The Canucks mascot is an anthropomorphic killer whale orca that is widely known as Fin the Whale.

The Vancouver Canucks has induced many of its players and builders in the list of Hall of Famers. Igor Larionov (2008), Cam Neely (2005), Mats Sundin (2012), Jake Milford (1984), Pat Quinn (2016), and Bud Poile (1990) are some of the players and broadcasters who have been inducted in the Vancouver Canucks Hall of Famers.

The Canucks have been awarded several trophies for their energetic performances at the games. Trophies from the NHL include Clarence S.
